Eve Sicular: “Music of the Yiddish Silver Screen”

Drummer, bandleader, composer/arranger and film scholar Eve Sicular leads both Isle of Klezbos sextet (formed 1998) and Metropolitan Klezmer octet (formed 1994). She has produced the two bands’ seven acclaimed CDs, as well as dozens of band tours throughout North America and Europe. Her musical projects and multi-media archival pieces have received numerous accolades.
